Our Fitness Rotations
Paihia school has been doing 10 minute fitness in the morning to keep our hearts beating fast. We do our own individual class fitness rotations. Lots of big kids in Te Ngahere have been supporting us by taking different classes and helping them to do exercises. First we started by doing relays it was really tiring but at least some of our hearts were beating fast. The big kids have set the field up for the fitness in the mornings. I would have to say that I liked the jump jam the best. I found the jump jam was the hardest trying to keep up with the actions.
